Before dispatch
Request cancellation through Track & Support while the order remains in intake or packing. Approved pre-dispatch stops refund to the original payment rail.
After shipping label
Once a shipping label is generated, cancellation is normally closed. You may refuse delivery; return freight and spoilage risk can reduce any refund.
COD behaviour
Repeated unexplained COD refusals may lead to COD being suspended on the account while prepaid checkout stays open.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days; crediting to UPI or bank accounts depends on the receiving institution.
